The Summer School 2021 of CRC 1333 will take place on 30. 08.- 01. 09. 2021 in Wetzlar, together with the CRC 858 https://www.uni-muenster.de/SFB858/
- Each project will have one presentation OR one poster pitch. You can choose yourself. The time slot for presentations is 20 minutes which includes time for questions. Poster pitches are planned as 5 minute long teasers for your posters.
- If you don’t have a presentation or a pitch, please make a poster. Not every poster presented in the poster session has a poster pitch.
- During registration you can tell us about your vaccination status. This is voluntary, but it makes planning easier for us.
- To travel from Stuttgart to the venue we have booked a common bus. Therefore. individual travel from Stuttgart will not be funded.
The detailed program will be announced after the registration process.
All CRC 1333 PhD researchers and postdocs, please register by Friday, July 16, 2021.
If you will not be able to attend, please write an email to the CRC 1333 PhD representatives via doktorandenvertretung.sfb1333[at]uni-stuttgart.de.
Registration
Please register for the above mentioned event by filling in this form. After your registration you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not get this email, please get in touch with the CRC office, so we can double-check your registration.
The CRC will cover all costs for CRC 1333 principal investigators, doctoral candidates and postdocs. Also travel costs of associated CRC 1333 researchers can be covered, if they were officially declared to be associated by the CRC 1333 board.
If you have any dietary requirements or health issues that might be of interest for the organizers of the event, please inform the CRC office personally.
During the event photos might be taken that illustrate the general character of the event. If you are in a photo where this does not apply you will be asked for your individual consent before publication. Please find the information on data protection and data handling according to DS-GVO here.
