- How can I start my own business?
- How could I protect my business idea from being copied?
How do the entrepreneurship and IP protection processes look like at the University of Stuttgart? And who is there to help me?
If you are seeking answers to these questions or are simply interested in entrepreneurship and IPR, the event is absolutely right for you – no matter at what stage of the process you are.
Prof. Dr. Alexander Brem (head of the institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science and project leader Exi+) will give a brief introduction and talk about the Exi+ project. Marcel Werle, startup coach at the University will introduce the startup support while Philipp Haessler, technology scout, will give some insights about intellectual property rights. Afterwards, Dr. Vasileos Filippou will talk about his experiences founding his own company, Varimol and the challenges he had had to overcome during this process. Finally yet importantly, they will be open for a short Q&A session afterwards.
