CRC 1333 doctoral researchers @Spring Symposium – Cycling Chemistry in Münster

CRC 1333 doctoral researchers Alina Bauer, Liam Rautenbach, Fabian Heck, and Samuel van Gele attended the Spring Symposium – Cycling Chemistry hosted by the Junges Chemie Forum (JCF) of the German Chemical Society (GDCh e.V.) in Münster from March 12 to March 15, 2025.

Fabian Heck also had the opportunity to give a talk on his recent paper titled “Solvothermal Template-Induced Hierarchical Porosity in Covalent Organic Frameworks: A Pathway to Enhanced Diffusivity”. The paper, co-authored with the team of Prof. Sottmann within the CRC 1333, explores “pore engineering” in Covalent Organic Frameworks (COFs) and investigates its impact on diffusion, with subsequent effects on catalysis.
